Venue Description:
The Coronet is a unique 1920’s art deco building (a former theatre & cinema) now an events space. Catering from 50 – 2600, over 5 refurb spaces, 2mins from the tube.

The Coronet’s Main Auditorium features a state of the art Lighting Rig, featuring an array of moving heads (spots and washes), source 4’s, Strobes, UV Cannons, Mole Fays, LED Battens and Par 64 cans, spread over 3 motorised trusses, supplied by GLS. While the sound System consists of a huge flown d&b J SERIES Line Array controlled by a Yamaha M7CL digital desk, ‘arguably the highest spec digital system in london’. (supplied by Encore)
And dont forget the main stage has 10.5m of space above for ariel performances with load tested rigging points!
With a standing capacity of 500 and access easily available from 3 doorways off the main auditorium, and stairways access from the higher levels. The space is ‘raw’, but is easily dressed and provides endless opportunities for your event. It is also covered from the elements and shortly to undergo a make over!
Located off the smoking area is the Coronets latest addition: 4 railway arches that will have a multitude of uses. Each arch is approx 8.5 m sq floorspace. They feature bare brick walls and lined ceilings. Ideal for chill out enclaves off the smoking area, mini dancefloors, silent discos, photo shoots or kitchen space for example.
