EVENTS FACT SHEET: SPACES FOR RENT GROUND FLOOR Ibiza Gran Salón It has 365 m2 and a maximum capacity for 374 people in theatre. It can be divided in 3 smaller meeting rooms: - Sta. Gertrudis, with 185 m2 and capacity for 100 people in theatre - Sta. Agnés, with 180 m2 and capacity for 100 people in theatre - San Mateu, with 180m2 and capacity for 100 people in theatre “The Ibiza Gran Salón” counts with bar service, closet service and parking. It’s also surrounded by gardens and has all the natural light required. Costa Mara Privée The Costa Mara private room has 75 m2, terrace and views to “Dalt Vila”. The perfect place for a private dinner, lunch or party. Casino private rooms Two private rooms incorporated in the Casino of Ibiza, ideal for private events with bar service. - Lounge 1, is situated in the casino/ground floor, has 80 m2 and capacity for 50 people in theatre. - Lounge 2, is situated in the casino/ground floor, has 46 m2 and capacity for 30 people in theatre. Open Spa The Open Spa has more than 1300 m2 and will be an open space for events, mainly related with relaxation. The events will take place in the hydrotherapy area. Gardens The hotel acomplishes several green areas which can be used for coffee breaks, cocktails and outside events. The gardens are active areas where all kind of events can be developed.
