Venue Description:

BMA House is a stunning Grade II listed building, centrally located in Tavistock Square London. In 2008 the house underwent significant development creating five impressive and versatile new event spaces, all of which retain their original Lutyens Grade II listed features; alongside 21 purpose built meeting rooms. BMA House also boasts a courtyard and garden offering that all important outdoor space so rarely found in London.

The flagship Great Hall stands 28 feet high and has an abundance of natural daylight. This remarkable room has luxurious retractable seating hosting conferences for up to 300 theatre style and boasts state of the art audio visual equipment and full black out facilities.

Equally impressive, the Lutyens Suite comprises of the Sir James Paget Room featuring Spanish Mahogany pillars and the John Snow Room a spacious room with an abundance of natural daylight. Both rooms are suitable to host meetings in a variety of room layouts, including up to 150 theatre style. The Lutyens Suite benefits from direct access to the Courtyard – a tranquil space set back from the road and offering an ideal breakout area for lunch and refreshments.

The purpose built meeting rooms within BMA House include the Black Suite and Harvey Room; both offer a variety of flexible seating arrangements, with the largest accommodating 150 theatre style. A number of breakout rooms are adjacent to the Black and Harvey; all are located on the third floor which boasts its own registration desk to welcome your delegates.

The Courtyard Suite, located on the ground floor is a versatile room offering natural daylight and a complement of AV equipment. It has flexible seating layouts including theatre style up to 120 delegates. The Suite can be broken down to create smaller meeting spaces and breakout areas.

Food and drink will be an all important part of your event and as such we have award winning caterers on site, offering a variety of menus and wines from fine dining to working lunches.
