Overlooking the bright lights of the City of London, our banqueting suites in the Queens Stand and Duchess’s Stand are able to seat up to 800 for dinner. Celebrating, entertaining, or simply having a party, Epsom Downs Racecourse is able to offer you something truly unique.

We have seven main suites which stylishly accommodate between 10-800 guests. All rooms have balconies with views over the Epsom Downs and the City of London.

Shared Parties

Our Fire and Ice party nights include a cocktail on arrival, a superb three-course menu with half a bottle of wine and mineral water, all followed by a disco in our Fire and Ice themed suites in the stunning Queen’s Stand.

Coln Valley smoked salmon with Atlantic prawns, baby gem lettuce and mixed cress with tomato brushcetta and Caesar dressing

Roasted medallion of turkey wrapped in pancetta with a leek and tarragon mousse filling served with parmentier potatoes and winter vegetable panache

Milk chocolate torte with dark chocolate sauce and chantilly cream

Private parties

Epsom Downs Racecourse boasts spectacular options to host your private Christmas Party. Our fantastic Queen’s Stand is popular with suites accommodating up to 350 guests. Our Duchess’s Stand can host parties of up to 700 guests and can be used exclusively, should you require.

Our package includes a cocktail on arrival, a mouth-watering three-course menu, half a bottle of wine, mineral water and disco in your own suite.
