During the daytime, 40|30, the sublime dining restaurant and bar are exclusively for the use of tenants and members. However, the top two floors are available for exclusive hire for corporate dinners and receptions from Monday to Thursday from 6.30pm, and for private parties and weddings on weekends.
In addition to the main event space, two private rooms provide groups of up to 16 guests each with an opportunity to experience the best view in London.
