The Great Russell Suite

The Great Russell Suite provides ideal setting for conferences and seminars.

This is a very versatile room and can be set to your specific requirements in a number of different styles.

The room boasts a private registration area as well as a cloakroom, a private bar and best of all access to the outdoor Wood Deck and Terrace overlooking a secret garden square, fantastic for a sneaky BBQ lunch in the summer months.

The Great Russell Suite provides ideal setting for formal dinners, dinner dances, or weddings.

This room can be set in a bespoke style that is specific to your event along with all the special extra touches that make the event.

You have a private anteroom where we can help you meet and greet your guests and escort them to their tables.

Feel like drinks somewhere a bit different, as this room has direct assess to our Wood Deck and Large Conservatory, you have a world of options.

The Woburn Suite

A fantastic room for a mid-sized meeting, with its own conservatory (natural daylight!) and catering area it is the perfect room when you have to knuckle down!

We can serve all of your catering directly to you in your room and you have the option of having a couch area or if necessary maybe a in room breakout area.

Of course if you think the team need a break, we are more than happy to assist – with direct access to the Wood Deck, it is the perfect room for easy access to a BBQ lunch!

The perfect room for a private event, with its own conservatory it makes the ideal intimate setting for dinner and drinks.

We can organise a private bar in the room so that all of your guests needs are completely catered for.

It is also a fantastic room to use following a smaller BBQ event outside, when it starts to cool down outside, we can ensure that you and your guests are kept cozy in here!

The Bloomsbury Suite

Located next to The Great Russell Suite our Bloomsbury Suite with its natural daylight, not only is it perfect as a stand alone meeting room for up to 25 people, it is also a fantastic syndicate room when holding larger conferences.

Imagine, low lighting and set with stunning candelabras, a beautiful setting for dinner for up 20 people or maybe a classy canapé reception for up to 25 people.

The Boardroom

The antique mahogany boardroom table makes this room an excellent choice for smaller meetings for up to 12 guests. What makes this room versatile is that we can remove this table for you; this means that you can increase your number and even change the layout of this room!

With the flickering candlelight from the candelabras and the beautiful highly polished mahogany table, it makes a wonderfully classic setting for up to 12 people to have an intimate dinner.

The Bedford Suite

Discreet and confidential, this room offers the perfect setting for small meetings or in conjunction with our other Suites makes a perfect smaller syndicate room.

Large Conservatory

Perfectly located in between our Terrace Bar, Terrace and Wood Deck, it makes an ideal location for a meeting when a lot natural daylight is of the utmost importance!

A fantastic area for an intimate private dinner, pre dinner drinks or as an additional space when you have a BBQ!

Small Conservatory

Perfectly formed for a breakout area, can be both set in a informal and formal manner, especially if a main requirement is natural daylight.

With the doors leading out in to the herb garden, this makes a idyllic setting for a dinner for up to 9 people, or a cocktail reception for up to 15 people.

Wood Deck

The Wood Deck is overlooking the secluded Bedford Estate Gardens. The adjoining conservatory allows the outdoors in, with a intimate seating area and fireplace. It is an ideal venue for receptions, barbeques, weddings and al fresco events.

Terrace

Overlooking the secluded Bedford Estate Gardens, this area definitely allows you to connect with nature in a stunning fashion. A beautiful and idyllic setting for dinner, cocktail receptions and as extra space for larger BBQs.
