The beautiful Garden Room in Syon Park is a luxury marquee and is the perfect setting for summer weddings or special celebrations. Situated in a private secret garden by Syon House it combines a front and back garden area with clear, contemporary reception and dining rooms.

Whilst the marquee is not licensed for a Civil Ceremony, Syon House, which is just one minute's walk away has a full wedding licence and can be booked for Civil Ceremonies for up to 120 guests.

It is really important to us that you enjoy your day and so our venue manager is on hand for you every step of the way, helping guide and give advice, making sure that when the day comes around you can relax and enjoy every minute. We will also be happy to give recommendations for enhancements such as floral arrangements, master of ceremonies, musicians and bespoke furniture or tableware, and will be there on the day itself as a friendly face making sure that the venue and proceedings run in perfect order.

Asian Weddings
Whether you want a traditional theatre style ceremony, formal wedding meal or a fun party, The Garden Room lends itself perfectly for all variety of Asian weddings.

With separate reception and dining areas the marquee gives you the flexibility to use both rooms for different purposes. The thoughtful design of the structure also incorporates a private dressing room for pre-wedding preparations.

Whilst the marquee is not licensed for a Civil Ceremony, we have hosted a number of religious services and blessings. For Hindu ceremonies, we welcome you to have a sacred fire in a mandap and we will also provide you with a microphone, ensuring all of your guests can hear the special service.

Whether you are having a traditional or a contemporary wedding the neutral design of the marquee allows you to add your own touches of colour and design to create a unique style. We can be involved as much or as little as you like and we will always be on hand to liase with your suppliers and caterer to ensure you and your family have the perfect day.

Our preferred Asian caterers at The Garden Room are Payal. If you wish to bring in an alternative caterer there would be an additional fee of £750 + VAT to do so. All non-preferred caterers must get prior agreement to cater at The Garden Room and carry all the necessary insurance and health and safety documents.

If you wish to use a caterer other than Touch of Taste, Create, Payal, there would be an additional fee of £750 + VAT to do so. All non-preferred caterers must get prior agreement to cater at The Garden Room and carry all the necessary insurance and health and safety documents.

If your event is longer than 6 hours, the security and car park marshal bookings will need to be extended and will be charged per hour per marshal.

Capacities
The venue is designed to suit a wide range of events, and the dining area also has a concealed partition enabling a section of the room to be reduced for events of smaller numbers.
